Our teams consist of property managers, leasing coordinators, credit controllers and maintenance inspectors. Each community scheme administered by Maxprop has a dedicated team comprising of a Portfolio Manager, a Portfolio Administrator and a Secretary, which is further supported by centralised debt collection, creditors and accounting functions. With a strong focus on customer service, collaboration and transparency, Maxprop has fostered a culture of team-work and idea-sharing which allows for a solutions-based approach best suited to addressing client service requests in a professional and timely manner.
